"Die Lage im Marais Viertel ist super. Bars, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Fahrradabstellanlagen, Busstation sind direkt um die Ecke. Bis zur Metro keine 6 min. Wohnung im 2. Stock in einem älteren Haus über den Innenhof erreichbar. Schön eingerichtet und alle notwendige Ausstattung vorhanden."

"Der Lärm! Im Innenhof läuft ständig die Abluftanlage einer Bar. Die Straße ist sehr lebendig. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nicht möglich. Auch das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, die Nachbarn waren recht laut (Musik, Party). Man hört jeden Schritt der Obermieter und die Katzenkrallen. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG trotzdem laufen Ameisen im Wohnzimmer herum. Hinter der Duschwand/Toilette ist Schimmel erkennbar, der Luftaustausch im innenliegenden Bad ist offensichtlich ein Problem."

"Very well situated, close to many local bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the metro, and not too far from the centre of Paris. There is a bakery and a Franprix grocery store 2 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood is safe, quite hipstery. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, allowed us to check-in earlier and waited for us although we were a bit late. The apartment was clean although it had a weird smell but I guess it's from the cleaning materials they use. The common areas are old, but that's the same for all Paris buildings."

"The apartment is not very bright, you don't see the sky as you have a building 5 meters in front of you and you're on the lower floors. The staircase is quite narrow and with high steps and you have to climb two sets of stairs. Not ideal if you have a stroller like we did. The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable to sleep in, but quite comfortable as a couch. There are no spices whatsoever if you plan to cook something. Like not even salt. They only offer towels and linen, no cleaning products at all. (You can buy a set, but it's overpriced). You have to do a 500 euro credit card authorization, which for some countries it effectively blocks that money in your account so you can't use them. The host said it will be returned, but I'm guessing it takes a while for that to happen after the departure day. 24 hours later the money is still blocked. Not a problem if you have 500 euro on your account that you don't plan to spend during your stay, just to keep in mind."
